Telling Stories with Google Earth

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Since its launch over a decade ago, Google Earth has captured the imagination of millions as the explore and view our world in a way most had never done before. For many this was a fun way to view their house or city, but for the education it opened a doorway to (literally) a world of possibilities for exploration and storytelling, not just as part of Geography classes, but across the curriculum because historic battles, literature, natural geometry, architecture, different cultures and more all ultimately has a “location” in the World. Learn how those locations can be turned into stories.
